Agriculture Clinic Strengthens Farmers’ Knowledge and Productivity

The Diocese of Same Development Department (DSDD) successfully conducted an Agriculture Clinic aimed at equipping farmers with practical knowledge and technical support to improve agricultural productivity and promote sustainable farming practices.

The clinic brought together farmers, agricultural extension officers, and technical experts to discuss key aspects of crop production, including soil fertility management, good agronomic practices, pest and disease control, climate-smart agriculture, and post-harvest handling. Participants also had the opportunity to receive personalized advice and solutions to challenges affecting their farms.
