Training of LOA Educators on Pedagogical Activities under the Preschool Program of the Diocese of Same

Enhancing Quality Early Childhood Education Through Capacity Building

The Diocese of Same conducted a training session for LOA Educators on pedagogical activities under the Preschool Program, aimed at strengthening educators’ capacity to deliver quality early childhood education.

The training focused on child-centered teaching methodologies, lesson planning, classroom management, and the effective use of teaching and learning materials. Participants also explored practical approaches to promoting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development through engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities.
