Report Writing Training Based on CRS Requirements
DSDD organized a comprehensive training on report writing aligned with the requirements of Catholic Relief Services (CRS). The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of staff and project implementers in preparing clear, accurate, and results-oriented reports that meet donor standards.
Participants were taken through key components of effective report writing, including structuring reports, presenting data and evidence, and aligning narratives with project objectives and indicators. Emphasis was placed on clarity, consistency, and the use of reliable data to demonstrate impact and accountability.
The session also highlighted CRS-specific reporting formats and guidelines, ensuring that participants understand expectations regarding timelines, documentation, and compliance. Practical exercises were conducted to enhance participants’ skills in drafting and reviewing reports.
This training is part of DSDD’s ongoing efforts to improve documentation, transparency, and communication of project outcomes, ensuring that all interventions are well captured and effectively shared with partners and stakeholders.
