Exchange Visit to Arusha to Learn Conflict Resolution Strategies

The Diocese of Same Development Department (DSDD) organized an exchange visit to Arusha aimed at learning effective conflict resolution strategies and strengthening community peacebuilding initiatives.

The visit brought together staff and selected community representatives to engage with experienced practitioners and institutions working in mediation, dialogue facilitation, and peaceful conflict management. Participants had the opportunity to observe practical approaches used in addressing community disputes, land conflicts, and social misunderstandings.

During the visit, key areas of learning included:
