Evaluation of Strategic Plan in Diocesan Institutions

An evaluation of the Strategic Plan (SP) was successfully conducted across various Diocesan institutions as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional effectiveness and accountability.

The evaluation focused on assessing progress made in the implementation of planned activities, identifying achievements, challenges, and lessons learned, and reviewing alignment with the Diocese’s vision and mission. Institutional leaders and staff actively participated by sharing experiences, data, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
